This book, (Essential Oils Integrative Medical Guide: Building Immunity, Increasing Longevity, and Enhancing Mental Performance With Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils 2nd Edition) is a truly definitive work for anyone wanting to learn about and understand ins-&-outs of Essential Oils (EOs). It has excellent coverage and information on virtually all aspects of using EOs. I have purchased a number of other books, that supposedly were the be-all-and-end-all with regards to EOs, at a total price of much more than what this book costs. The other books are essentially a waste of $$$ when compared with this book. It is well arranged. Well indexed. Describes each of a wide variety of EOs and suggests how to use them to aid those with a wide variety of medical conditions. The only thing I could not find in this book regarding the use of EOs was how to inject them for therapeutic uses. Otherwise, the information appears to be complete. The one complaint I have regarding this purchase is that the book was sent to me by Anadorn in very shoddy paper envelope and my book was damaged during shipping, thus depreciating the overall value of my purchase. Otherwise this was a great purchase and I highly recommend THIS BOOK above all the other similar books I have purchased.

It is a great book when researching a variety of medical conditions that Young Living Essential oils can aid in reducing symptoms. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a natural alternative to healing and helping resolve symptoms of certain conditions.

A good book to have if you are interested in alternatives to " Big Pharmas" harmful drugs that they put out. Essential oils work & are a better choose to pills that contain all kinds do side affect that harm other parts of your body. Big Pharms drugs cure nothing & only mask symptoms you have.

More than satisfied with my purchase. Some information was repeated from the Essential Oil Desk Reference, however there is more different information, blends, appendixes and charts that do not appear in the Essential Oil Desk Reference.

Excellent book. Love this more than the EODR...however, it has none of the blends in it. Only single oils.

LOVE IT!!! I have ordered several copies of this book and given them away. Chock full of useful information. Covers all the "whys and hows" the oils work in conjunction with our olfactory system. Clear understanding of the effects on other parts of the human physiology as well.

This book has A LOT of information. Very informative reads and although I cannot say everything is sure to work for you, the oil blends and potential remedies to ailments are VAST! This book has an oil blend and discussion about a wide array of things that covers just about everything you can think of. Honestly a bit overwhelming but no complaints on that being in one book.

If you are serious about using oils, this is a wonderful book! You can use it to look up uses of oils you own, which oils work well to help cure physical problems, where to put the oils (how to use them), and the background of using oils in general. Well worth the money!
