Interesting book for students of comparative law with a distinctly European focus. The book is pretty nicely organized. We used it for a seminar in comparative contracts. One major problem, however, is the terribly quality of the binding. By the end of the semester everyone in the class was complaining that the book was falling apart. Pages were falling out by the dozen.
